Ken started Miller-Meier Limb and Brace, Inc. in conjunction with his partner, Tim Miller CPO in 1994. Ken has been practicing prosthetics and orthotics since 1979. Ken graduated with an AA degree from North Iowa Area Community College in 1978. He then left Iowa to travel to Memphis Tennessee to finish his education at Shelby State Community College, where he earned his certificate in prosthetics and he began to work as a prosthetic technician at Snell's Limbs and Braces.

After achieving his prosthetics certification in 1984, Ken continued on as a Certified Prosthetist at Snell's, until he moved his family back to Iowa where he practiced prosthetics for 10 years in the Quad Cities area. During that time he attended Northwestern Medical School's Orthotics Certificate program and acquired his certificate in orthotics in 1987. Ken then became certified in orthotics in 1988, achieving his current credentialing as a certified Prosthetist and Orthotist (CPO).

Ken is married to his Wife Cindy for 37 years and has 3 daughters; Micki, Stevi and Marti. Ken currently resides in the same Blue Grass home he moved to from Memphis, in his native home state of Iowa. Ken is a below knee amputee himself and is active is several local, state and national organizations on a professional level and personal level. Ken is a member of the American Academy of Orthotist and Prosthetist (AAOP).

Nick Marvin CPO

Nick has been with Miller-Meier Limb and Brace since his high school years in Preston, Iowa. Nick started with Miller-Meier in 1996 as a prosthetic Technician, working summers while he finished his high school education. He then attended Mt. St. Clare in Clinton, Iowa and graduated in 2001 with a BS degree in Athletic Training. Nick continued his postgraduate education at Century College in Minneapolis where he gained his certificate degrees in both prosthetics and orthotics in 2002 and 2003 respectively.

After a year long Residency at the Minneapolis Shriners Hospital and here at Miller-Meier, Nick returned to Miller-Meier fulltime to manage our Clinton office and serve his hometown communities. Nick is a member of the American Academy of Orthotist and Prosthetist (AAOP). Nick has been with Miller-Meier since 1995 and as a certified Prosthetist/Orthotist since 2004. Nick is currently one of Miller-Meier's long-term employees with over 14 years of experience with us in one capacity or another.

Nick is an above knee amputee himself. Nick sustained a farm accident when he was 4 years old and has been working with Ken Meier, his Prosthetist, until Nick learned the prosthetic profession. Nick now provides his own care and has done an exceptional job at remaining active in his personal and family life and is gainfully employed, working the long hours it takes to perform this profession. Nick continues to live close to his hometown, with his wife Joy, in Princeton, Iowa and they are expecting their first children!

Dawn Bergom CPO

Dawn is the newest certified/licensed Patient Care provider to the Miller-Meier family. Dawn started with Miller-Meier in July of 2011. Dawn is a native Bettendorf resident who graduated Bettendorf High School in 1989. Dawn is part of the Army's Combat Medical Corp, remaining on active duty with the Army Reserves. Dawn acquired her Bachelor's degree, in Design, from Iowa State University and then traveled to Century College in Minneapolis, Minnesota where she acquired her certificate in prosthetics. She has been practicing for 13 years in the Quad Cities. She recently placed her carrier on hold while she focused her education on her orthotics certification. Dawn is currently preparing for her final phase of her orthotics certification exam later this year. Once successfully completed, Dawn will become Miller-Meier's next CPO. Dawn is currently practicing in our Bettendorf office.

Andy Yohe, Office Manager

Andy is Miller-Meier's Office Manager and is fully responsible for Miller-Meier's daily operations. Andy heads up many of Miller-Meier's internal committees and has a staff of 4 office assistants. Andy recently represented the United States in the Paralympics in Vancouver, British Columbia in Canada in 2010 and in Italy in 2006. Andy was a member of the USA's Sledge Hockey team that brought home the Bronze Medal in 2006 and the Gold Medal in 2010. Andy achieved his undergraduate degree with a degree in Business Administration.

Andy is a bilateral below knee and above knee amputee himself and is active in many local, state and national amputee organizations. Andy also performs as a motivational speaker for many major local and national corporations. Andy is another long-term employee with Miller-Meier Limb and Brace. Andy started with Miller-Meier in 1995 while he was still in high school and has been with Miller-Meier for over 17 years. Andy has worked as a Technician for 13 years, then for 3 years Andy worked in Miller-Meier's Accounts Receivable and Billing department and now as the Office Manager. Andy is married to Katie and they have a 1-year- old daughter named Abbey. Andy and his family continue to live locally in Bettendorf, Iowa.

Tina Cutler, Receptionist and Accounts Receivable Department in Miller-Meier's Clinton Office

Tina came to Miller-Meier in 2010. Tina has a vast background in Accounts Receivables and billing insurance claims. Tina is one of Miller-Meier's three coding and billing experts that will assist you in getting your claims processed and paid.

 Angela Wilson

Angela started with Miller-Meier Limb and Brace in 2010. Angela is the first smiling face you will see when you enter Miller-Meier. Angela is our "Fashion Queen" who not only helps us try to achieve some sense of coordination, but she is also the individual that you will have available to assist you while you are in our office. Angela will make sure your visit with us is a memorable one. Angela has 2 sons and resides in Davenport, Iowa.

Lyssa Hartley, Accounts Receivable Department

Lyssa came to Miller-Meier in 2010. Lyssa has a vast background in Accounts Receivables and billing insurance claims. Lyssa is one of Miller-Meier's three coding and billing experts that will assist you in getting your claims processed and paid.

Carol Feldpausch, CPC-A, Accounts Receivable Department

Carol came to Miller-Meier Limb and Brace in 2010. Carol is one of Miller-Meier's three coding and billing experts that will assist you in getting your claims processed and paid. Carol recently achieved her coding credentialing and education with a certificate from the American Association of Professional Coders (AAPC) in 2010.

Darren Speth

Darren is one of Miller-Meier's Prosthetic and Orthotic Technicians. Darren is a native resident of Davenport, Iowa. Darren specializes in fabrication of the various prosthetic and orthotic devices Miller-Meier designs. Darren is also responsible for all of the ordering that we do at Miller-Meier.

Darren graduated from Davenport Central High School. Darren is an Army Veteran with the Medical Corps and is an avid nature freak. You can often find Darren helping out at the Nahant Marsh in Davenport or volunteering for community services. Darren has been with Miller-Meier for over 9 years.

 Ryan Wakefield

Ryan is another of Miller-Meier's Prosthetic and Orthotic Technicians. Ryan also specializes in the fabrication of the various prosthetic and orthotic devices that Miller-Meier Limb and Brace designs. Ryan resides in Blue Grass, Iowa and is a Davenport West High School graduate.  Ryan has been with Miller-Meier for over 5 years. Ryan is avid hunter, fisherman and outdoorsman. Ryan often feeds the Miller-Meier staff with the local "Catch of the Week"!
